Of course, it looks a little weird--we agree. But we fell in love with this unique soap holder when we saw it in France.

Here's how it works: A triple milled, long lasting, hard soap made of olive oil is molded in the shape of an oval (football?) with a hollow core in the center. This slides onto a solid chrome mounting bracket. You wet your hands and attack the soap, building up a great lather. Rinse, voila, squeaky clean hands.

Good for about 1000 washes, this soap has a rich creamy lather (not loopy) and doesn't drip (we are being honest about this--it does NOT drip!). You can place it next to your kitchen or bathroom sink, or in your shower. Our friend Mark installed one in the outdoor shower at his Lake House. We have one next to the outdoor faucet for cleaning up after gardening.
