The products are made of heavy-duty, nondistorting aluminum that cooks food evenly. Pans have a steel-coated base that makes them compatible with induction cook tops. The silicone outside coating and nonstick interior ensure fast, easy cleanup with soapy water. Pans are safe for oven use up to 500° F or more, depending on the materials in the line you select.
